My OB thinks tonight or tomorrow some time.

Justin will keep you all up to date from here on out. I'm starting to get a little uncomfortable. Contractions are every 6 min now. I am 4 cm and 85% effaced, for those who know what that means.

Thanks Uncle Karl!!!

It must have pained you, but Henry and I are very appreciative of your support of the greatest sports franchise of all time. Here's to 28!

One used to be cute thing, but not so much anymore...

Henry has also really embraced the concept of delay. Everything we ask of him is met with "one more minute," which is generally accompanied by a finger in the air demonstrating his point.

"Henry, time for bath."
"One more minute."

"Henry, time to get OUT of the bath."
"One more minute."

"Henry, let's go inside. The mosquitoes are about to drain all of my blood."
"One more minute."

When he means business, it gets dramatically more emphatic. "One. More. MINUTE."

At first, we laughed. "One more minute, that's cute...." It has quickly become our least favorite phrase.

A couple of cute things....

Henry is right on top of his moods. He will always tell us when he is sad, happy, grumpy, frustrated, etc. He will talk out loud (to himself), "I'm a little bit sad. I want to throw this raisin. That will make me happy."

The other morning he was feeling particularly grumpy and he said, "I want some chocolate milk. That will make me feel better." The thing to note is Henry will not drink white milk. I recently purchased some chocolate (unsweetened) almond milk, to see if he would drink that (regular chocolate milk has a TON of sugar). So I poured him a glass and handed it to him and he took one sip, grimaced, slammed the cup back down on the table and shouted, "That don't make me feel better!"

Tonight I was cuddling with him before bed, as is our usual routine, and I whispered into his ear, "Mommy and daddy love you so much." and he whispered back, "I know."

In other news....I'm feeling a bit crampy...and I'm 3 cm.

Stay tuned.
