I keep saying I've got to write this stuff down...the sheer quantity of food Henry eats.
Today Henry ate:
Breakfast --an adult sized portion of oats with soy milk and blueberries
Snack --1/2 cup apple sauce, 1/2 cup watermelon and lots of cheerios
Lunch--an entire (nitrate free) turkey dog, 1 slice of bread with babba ganoush smeared all over it
Snack -- 1 entire pear and 1 apricot and 1/2 cup of goldfish
Dinner--1 entire mango, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 cup of peas and garbanzo beans, 1 slice of bread
and he's so buff! he must really work out a lot. I bet the ladies at the gym loooove him.my goodness that's a ton of food!
