I can't stop baking...

Something about being diabetic..I dunno....but I keep baking things I can't eat and offering Henry food I can't eat. Today we baked chocolate chip cookies. Sunday I made homemade waffles. Last week I made banana bread and those carrot muffins the weekend before. I've taken him to get frozen yogurt twice this month and today I gave him ice cream. I even bought him juice (which I haven't done in over a month b/c he could really care less about it) but I just sit there and watch him eat it and somehow it makes me feel better about all the carbs and sugar I can't eat. I have a bite and then feel guilty and check my blood sugar. Ugh. 5 more weeks.
